We know from our years of experience the usual problems with garden buildings that people suffer from and get annoyed with; sagging roofs, doors dropping, floors crumbling, roofing felt rippling and windows leaking. We have used our design and build process to try and eradicate these problems helping give our buildings a longevity in both practicality and look.
Important Information
We offer a free installation service on all buildings within a 25 mile radius of our showsite at Ombersley, this installation service is subject to site preparation being satisfactory.
All baseworks are the responsibility of the customer, as is the securing of the building once erected. We require a solid level base, ideally concrete, slab or decking upon which to install the building. If the base crumbles or moves in the future this could cause your building to shift meaning doors and windows would not work.
In the event of the base not being fit for purpose it is the responsibility of the customer to accept delivery of the building and store safely.
Our fitters will need a clear run from the delivery vehicle to the base to carry the building. If there are tight corners, height restrictions or any other obstructions you will need to make our office aware of this when ordering.
Always make allowance for any roof overhang when buildings have to go into confined spaces.
Wood is an organic product affected by different environmental conditions which can cause shrinkage, surface splits and colour change. We cannot accept responsibility for these naturally occurring changes.
Although the timber is pressure treated we recommended that you treat your garden building after assembly and on-going on a regular basis.
